Hello!

I am Phoenix dentist, Dr Karen Chu. I am a dentist practicing in Phoenix AZ.

My practice now in 2012 is in children's dentistry. It is a special field with unique problems and rewards. It started with a desire to do more with my practice.

I did and  still do believe every child has the right to a beautiful smile. 

 And yet...

The practice of dentistry in the US today is a journey. This blog is intended to convey the different influences and experiences in my journey. So, it will have a mix of thoughts to share with other professionals and helpful articles to serve my patients and the general public.

Hopefully, my professional and life experiences will provide some spark for the reader who stops here-- whether it is a parent looking for answers to a better smile for their kids or a colleague looking for like minds.
